We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Orders typically leave our Ontario facility within 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

The Rug Rack is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Each Rug Rack comes with pre-drilled
mounting holes and a simple step-by-step guide.
- Wall-Mount models: Mount directly
into wood or concrete using standard hardware - Assembly time: 15–20 minutes with four
screws and a level.
