Welcome to Rug Rack North America (the “Site”), operated by System Equine, located in Fergus, Ontario, Canada.
By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

C. Rug Rack Product Disclaimer

All Rug Rack products are manufactured in Canada by System Equine under license from the original inventor.
Product specifications, materials, and finish options may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct errors, or update information at any time.

  • Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, major credit cards, and other methods shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Carrier rates

  • Seasonal demand

  • Rural / oversized delivery conditions

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to weather, carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

Standard Returns (if applicable)

For items eligible for return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • A restocking fee may apply

Final Sale Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Custom-made products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.

6. Warranty

Rug Rack products include a limited structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Commercial or heavy industrial use outside intended design

Warranty Claims Require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos and details of the issue

  • Review by our warranty team

System Equine may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, product information, logos, and layout—is the property of System Equine or its licensors.
